Delete your Key369 account
Remove your email account and encrypted cloud backups. You do not need to reinstall Key369.
Export a backup you want to keep and make sure you know its password. Account deletion removes access to your cloud copies and account-linked PRO rights. Recreating an account does not automatically recover deleted data or old purchases.
What is deleted
Your Key369 account email and account record, active sign-in sessions, encrypted cloud backups and cloud version history are removed after ownership is verified. Limited transaction records and protected trial or purchase fingerprints may be retained for fraud prevention, disputes and legal obligations. See the privacy policy for retention details.
Local vaults and files you exported are not remotely erased. Google Play subscriptions are not automatically canceled. Manage your Google Play subscriptions separately.
Confirm your email
Use the verified email address of the Key369 account you want to delete. The sign-in code is not your backup password.
Request deletion by email
Send your request from the verified email address of your Key369 account to 369apps.studio@gmail.com, with the subject Key369 account deletion request. State that you want your account and its cloud backups deleted.
Support will verify ownership before deleting data and will tell you when the request is complete. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days. If verification or a legal retention requirement prevents completion, we will explain the next step.
Do not send TOTP secrets, recovery codes, card numbers or backup passwords.
